Data deletion instructions

AutoSocial (by Createch Plus) stores only what is needed to publish posts for connected organizations: your Facebook user ID and name, the Pages and Instagram business accounts you connected, and their access tokens (encrypted). You can delete this data at any time:

1. In AutoSocial: log in, open Settings → Social accounts, and click Disconnect on the Facebook & Instagram card. Stored tokens and the Page list are deleted immediately.
2. From Facebook: go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites), find AutoSocial, and click Remove. Facebook notifies us and we delete your data automatically. You get a confirmation code you can check on this page.
3. By email: write to AutoSocialdeveloper@createchplus.net from the address linked to your account. We delete the data within 30 days and confirm by email.

Posts that were already published on your Pages or Instagram stay there; delete them on Facebook or Instagram if you wish.
