These terms apply to AutoSocial, a service operated by Createch Plus ("we") that publishes articles from an organization's website to the social media accounts that organization connects. By creating an account or connecting accounts you agree to these terms.

1. Accounts

Accounts are for organizations approved by us. You must give accurate information, keep your login details secret, and tell us promptly about any unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account.

2. Connected social accounts

You may only connect Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts or other services that you or your organization own or are authorized to manage. You can disconnect them at any time in the app. Your use of each platform is also subject to that platform's own terms and policies.

3. Your content

You keep all rights to the content your website sends and AutoSocial publishes. You give us permission to process, format and publish that content only to provide the service. You are responsible for making sure your content is lawful and that you have the right to publish it.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use AutoSocial to publish spam, misleading or illegal content, to infringe others' rights, to get around platform limits, or to interfere with the service or other users. We may suspend accounts that break these rules or platform policies.

5. Service availability

We work to keep AutoSocial reliable, but publishing depends on third-party platforms that can change, delay or reject posts. The service is provided "as is", without warranties, and we may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

6. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for actions of third-party platforms. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the three months before the claim.

7. Privacy

How we handle data is described in our privacy policy. You can request deletion as explained on the data deletion page.

8. Ending use

You may stop using AutoSocial and ask us to close your account at any time. We may close accounts that break these terms. On closing, stored connection tokens are deleted.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version; continued use means you accept the updated terms.
